Consider custom email campaigns sent ‘on behalf of’ another sender. For example, suppose you are sponsoring a regional event in the Chicago area and you want to invite partner prospects to the event. First, use Pinpointe’s segmentation feature to target only contacts in the Chicago area.
Then send the invitation ‘on-behalf-of’ the local Chicagoland sales representative. It will be more personal than if the message were coming from someone on the marketing team ‘back at corporate’. The ‘Reply-To’ field can also be configured so that prospects reply directly to the local sales rep.
