Pinpointe automatically removes duplicates and corrects errors

To ensure that you are not bombarding prospects with multiple copies of the same email campaign, Pinpointe automatically cleanses and de-duplicates contacts when they are imported. The Pinpointe Import wizard checks each email address in your .CSV file to ensure it does not already exist in your database. Pinpointe also catches errors, like misspelled domain suffixes.

Upon importing a new list of contacts, Pinpointe reports on the list statistics, including the number of records that were duplicate, previously opted-out and the names that are on the Global Ban List.

If you’re running a campaign to prospects in multiple lists, or to a segment that cuts across multiple lists, Pinpointe will also de-duplicate the outbound names before your campaign hits Etherspace.
