Detailed Drill-Down and Timeline Reporting for Campaign Results
All Pinpointe reports can be easily viewed for today, yesterday, the last week, month, year, and for a specific date range – just select the date range for any report. And for any report, you can drill down to the contact-level to see a full listing of all subscribers that unsubscribed, opened, read, or clicked each message. For example, to display the list of contacts that uniquely opened their email for a campaign, simply select the Campaign Activity Report and click on the result you are interested in (such as ‘Unique Opens’). This displays the list of each contact that opened their email and the time it was opened.
