- The ‘send limit’ is the total number of individual emails that you can send per month. For example, send to a segment of 7,000 contacts twice a month – that’s 14,000 emails sent.

All accounts include the following:

- By signing up, you agree to our terms and conditions. Pinpointe email marketing software is for sending permissions-based emails. We do not sell lists or permit use of purchased lists.
* Active contacts: The contacts that have have not unsubscribed or bounced. Contacts that are flagged as ‘bounced’ and contacts who have unsubscribed are not counted.
Cancellation Policy. Customers who are on our month-to-month program can cancel any time. The current month will be billed in full, but the account will not be re-billed. Customers who are on a 6 month billing and wish to cancel before the end of their 6 month term, will receive a pro-rated refund for unused months.
