Please see if the following helps:

All browsers should work, but we find that using Mozilla Firefox makes things easier.
If you are using Firefox, please right click on the link that says “Open Your PDF” and select “Save Link As.“
If you are using Internet Explorer, right click on the link that says “Open Your PDF” and select “Save Target As.”
Occasionally we use high resolution images in our eBooks and as a result it could take a while (depending on your internet connection) to download the file. Please wait up to 2-3 minutes for the download to complete.
