For each email campaign sent, Pinpointe reports on all kinds of information. The first is a detailed report on the people who opened your email campaign and can be displayed ‘by Campaign’ or ‘by List’.
Report How Many People Opened Your Email Campaign over Time
The ‘Open Statistics’ report produces a histogram with the number of messages that were opened over a timeframe. You can drill down to a specific 24 hour timeframe or display any period of days. This is helpful for visualizing the rate at which your messages are opened – usually 50% to 60% are opened within the first few business hours of a campaign being received.
